A carer in the presence of a disabled person will be granted free entrance on the provision of proof of carer status. Please also see Limited Mobility Access and Safety Note below.

On the day tickets and registration fees may be paid by credit or debit card or with cash, but please note there are no cash dispensing facilities on site.
Limited Mobility Access: Please note that the grounds and garden of Stokesay Court are uneven, making the area difficult for people with limited mobility. We have established a special parking area for those with limited mobility and installed disabled toilet facilities as close to the event as possible. However we ask people to bear in mind the ground conditions when considering attending and to notify the organizers before the event if they need to make use of the special parking as space is limited.
Safety Note: The event is held in the garden of a Stately Home and car parking is in the surrounding fields. Therefore, please be aware that the ground can be uneven, and that there is unfenced open water in the grounds. All Spectators and Participants (including dogs) enter and take part at their own risk.
